Xanthan gum

Xanthan gum is a high molecular weight, anionic polysaccharide polymer produced by fermentation of Xanthomonas xanthan gum, which is soluble in cold water and hot water, and insoluble in common organic solvents.

This product is widely used in oil fields, food and other fields as thickening agent, suspension agent and stabilizer.
